Joined solo, left with new family! Guide Baraka was incredibly welcoming and made everyone feel included. Lioness hunting at Ngorongoro sunset literally brought tears to my eyes – most beautiful thing I’ve ever witnessed. The Swahili lessons during drives were fun bonus. Felt completely safe entire time.

Omg where do I even start with Furaha!! I was SO nervous about doing a solo safari (30F, first time in Africa) but she literally held my hand through everything.

The animals were incredible (saw a leopard kill which was intense!) but honestly it was our guide Ally’s genuine kindness that made this trip special. Only tiny complaint – the roads to Ngorongoro are rough as hell so bring good back support haha. But seriously, the real deal.

We’re proper adrenaline junkies (skydiving, rock climbing, etc.) so we were worried safari might be too tame. WRONG! Furaha crafted the most epic adventure we’ve ever had.

Price-wise, we spend heaps on adventures anyway, and this delivered more thrills than anything we’ve done. She understood our need for unique experiences and delivered big time.

Already booked our next trip with her – Mount Meru trek combined with Zanzibar experience after. She’s the only who keeps up with our crazy energy!

Guide Ally = absolute legend with teenagers! Our usually phone-obsessed kids were captivated by his wildlife stories. Baby elephants playing in mud got everyone laughing and taking photos. Ally’s knowledge is encyclopedic – like having a personal nature documentary narrator. The cheetah hunt we witnessed will be a family story forever. Dusty roads are part of authentic experience.
